Savers Statements

The Savers Statement (Bank Statement) lists all transactions that have been effected on a clients account in a given period. It shows the transaction particulars, the date, transaction number, voucher no, the mode and the balance on a clients account.

In addition, the report shows the date when the account was opened, the current interest rate and the current minimum balance which should have been set at System/Configurations/Savings.

How to view the Savers Statement:

To access this report go to Savings/Savings Report/Saver's Statement and a screen shown below will be displayed:

Product: Click on the Choose command buttonand select the client for whom you want to view the shares report or tick the All shareholders checkbox to include all clients.
Account no: Click on the Choose button to select the Client e.g. "KA/I/000001" then click on the OK button to continue.

From: In the drop down box, select the appropriate date when the savers statement will start e.g. "01/01/2017" and in to drop down box select the date when the savers statement will end, e.g, "26/03/2019".

Branch Code: Loan Performer allows you to get a report on shares for a person for a specific branch. Click on the drop down menuto select the branch or tick the Check for all Branches checkbox to include all branches.
Send savers statement: When this option is ticked, LPF will send to the selected client his/her savers statement by email. However, you should have configured System/Configuration/Email settings and the client should have provided an email address that should have been entered under Clients/Individual Clients/Address for individual and Clients/Group Clients/Group address.
Multiple accounts: When this option is ticked, savings accounts options of various clients will be displayed and the user will be able to view or print a range of accounts and to also send multiple savers statements to the selected clients by email as seen from the image below;

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections.

Click on the OK command button to view the report which will look like the one below.

As seen above, the savers statement shows the savings transactions of the savings account holder (James Dalton). There was a savings deposit and withdrawal made.

Click on the Close button to exit.
